Grr, Midnight & Cocoa

Weekend Updates

1) Riley (black kitten) might be a boy instead of a girl, like we thought previously. We'll be watching for further "developments".

2) Rascal (gray kitten) is starting to show tiger stripes.

3) Lucy experienced nip. She LOVES it. She wants to ferociously destroy any toy with nip, especially the nip banana.

4) Midnight is still very tolerant of everyone.

5) Grr is very grry and is a big bully. She's had 2 Big Fights with Lucy.
**correction: make that 3 fights**
**now increased to 4**

6) Cocoa hates Lucy. Cocoa hates kittens.

So glad to hear the kittens are thriving. They are adorable. Very very young. Love the photo of them curled up together, so glad they have each other.

I would vote for Midnight getting the Nobel Peace Prize for your house. I'm not surprised at Grr's behavior, but I am at Cocoa's. Do you suppose it's because Grr has always been so fierce with him?

Good for you, Midnight! You are setting a good example for Cocoa and Grr.

Just as well Midnight isn't being grry too otherwise you really would be stressed out! Hopefully Lucy can hold her own, if she gives Grr a few smacks she will establish her place in the household!
Glad the kittens are doing well, they are so little!

I'm sorry to hear that Cocoa and Grr aren't getting along with the newcomers. I hope Cocoa and Grr are getting lots of love and attention. :)

Mum feels sorry furr me cuz she sez my poor face looks so puzzled when he hisses at me and runs away. I don't unnerstand him. I'm furry sad.

Would a feliway plug-in help ease the tension for Cocoa and Grr? It didn't werk well wif Bonnie, but she's weird.

Riley can be a boy's name. Cocoa should be happy if it's a boy; then you'd be 3 an 3. Hang in there, good furiends!

More thoughts: Grr is alpha cat an has to put Lucy in her place. If Cocoa is second and Midnight is bottom, he's the one threatened if Lucy takes second. No threat to Midnight.

But if Midnight is two and Cocoa is 3, then I don't know, cept he'll be 4th instead of 3rd. Don't know!

Wow! Your house is getting like mine! You're mom is a saint.

BTW Lucy looks a lot like my sister Boo Boo who crossed the rainbow bridge a long time ago. She has the exact same facial markings.

    Cocoa: it'll get better.

Midnight: so sweet of you to be so tolerant.

Grr: Oh well, you are Grr after all! :)

Lucy: That nip is pretty good stuff!

Goodness sakes, a lot sure has been going on at your house. That's O.K. Grr, Midnight and Cocoa your lady still loves you best. She is just so nice to take in Lucy and the babies. It looks to me who ever but those babies by your door knew what they were doing and that your Lady would take care of them. Good thing Lucy wasn't expecting then you would have had a whole lot of other babies around you. Be patient and just maybe things might get back to normal. Don't be to hard on the strangers that have come to your home Grr and Cocoa.

Hoo Boy, lotsa stuff going on. I hopes the babies do really well and I don't care if they is boys or girs. They is still especially special kitties and you are especialy special peeps to do this for them. Just think you is letting them live and they will have great forever homes, and will be loved all their lives. You should be proud of your peeps. And, I think you should learn to get along with Lucy. She is a very preety girl cat.
